A side effect of hanging out with me for too long is that I’ll brainwash you into believing you can do anything. I have a passion for learning and have always wanted to learn more to grow, become better, and challenge myself in new ways.
I’ve been where you are now. I’ve broken bad habits like smoking, overdrinking, procrastinating, mindless shopping, and overworking. Then replaced them with positive ones like healthy eating, exercise, personal boundaries, time management, and budgeting.
I discovered my love for coaching when I landed a training and development job. It sparked a fire in me to get certified and start building my coaching practice.
The rest is history, and here I am today doing what I absolutely love, helping clients break bad habits and build better ones to reach their goals.
