I've been in your shoes

Hey there,
I’m Nicki — a 30-something-year-old life coach who went through it all in her 20s.
Going through your 20s is kinda like a rollercoaster ride. It’s a fast-paced stage of life with a lot of transitions, new responsibilities to take on, and a s***-load of fear associated with these changes.

Trust me, I learned the hard way. But I learned the three secrets to getting my s*** together in my 20s and now, I’m saving 20-somethings precious time by helping them get to where I am faster with the right tools.
I want to Work with You!

Daily Planning, Writing in my gratitude journal, Some sort of movement or exercise, Cooking delicious (& nutritious) meals, and getting outside.

daily rituals

Reading self-help books, binging on podcasts, horseback riding, lifting some weights, or punching a bag at kickboxing.

Small talk (ick, it’s the worst), having the AC in my house below 69 degrees (I’m naturally a cold body), bumps or weird patterns (I have trypanophobia)

  • You need someone outside of your cicle of influence to talk about life in a beneficial way.
  • Life is always changing, so you should always be focusin on growing and adapting.
  • Your 20s are the most defining decade.

Things I Believe:

I changed my negative thoughts into positives. I organized my days to get the things I needed to get done. I started truly evaluating what I wanted in my life.

In my late 20s, I finally found my calling in the world when I was working as a Training Manager for a financial institution. I realized I was training young adults that lacked a lot of the same skills that I did. So once lockdown happened with the pandemic, I started coaching. With two coaching certifications and now 5 years of coaching experience, I’m proud to do what I do and am ABSOLUTELY passionate about it, coaching.

I’m not a counselor, psychologist, or your parent. I’m just another adult who’s been in your shoes and will give you the tools you need to create the life you want and an accountability buddy to give you some tough love when you truly need it.

But after years of trial and error, I realized that I was in control of my mind, my time, and my life. And then everything started to change for the better.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed with your time, mentally exhausted with all the stress, and unfulfilled because you expected to be further along in life.

I was there in my 20s. After graduating college and stepping into reality, I crumbled. I avoided making any adult decisions because I was terrified I would make a mistake. I procrastinated on all the little day-to-day things because it was boring. I woke up every morning without a plan and just let the day happen to me with zero focus. And lastly, I was in the passenger seat of my life and letting my anxiety-ridden brain drive the car. So, it’s safe to say that I just hoped my life would naturally come together.

"The happiest part about working with Nicki was the sheer fact of how she truly wants the best for you.
She makes it very transparent from the beginning that she is on your side."
