Going through your 20s is kinda like a rollercoaster ride—you have no idea what lies ahead of you until it's actually happening. It’s a fast-paced stage of life with a lot of transitions, new responsibilities, and a s***-load of fear.
Trust me, I get it. I went through it all in my 20s and learned how to get my s*** together the hard way.
Now, as a life coach in her thirties, I share everything I learned with 20-somethings so that they can gain control of their time, maintain healthy habits, and actively progress towards their fullest potential.
I want to Work with You!
You thought you would be further along in life by now, but there never seems to be enough hours in the day. You’re unfulfilled, overwhelmed, and beyond exhausted. This is how I felt too.
After graduating college and stepping into reality, I crumbled. I woke up every morning without a plan and just let the day happen to me. I avoided making big life decisions because I was terrified I would make a mistake. And I procrastinated on all the little day-to-day things because they were boring. I was in the passenger seat of my life, and my anxiety-ridden brain was at the wheel.
After years of hoping my life would naturally come together, I realized that I was in control of my mind, my time, and my life.
I changed my negative thoughts into positives. I organized my days so that I could achieve everything I needed to get done. I started truly evaluating what I wanted in my life.
And, in my late 20s, I finally found my calling in the world. I was working as a Training Manager for a financial institution when I realized the young adults I was training lacked a lot of the same skills that I did. So, once the pandemic and lockdowns happened, I started coaching. With two coaching certifications and now five years of coaching experience, I’m proud to do what I do and am ABSOLUTELY passionate about my work.
I’m not a counselor, psychologist, or your parent. I’m just another adult who’s been in your shoes and will give you the tools you need to create the life you want and an accountability buddy to give you some tough love when you truly need it.
