My sessions are structured, because structure is what most people are missing.

1. Weekly Wins
We start with what’s been going well.
Even small wins matter.
Because just like a body in motion…
The more you focus on progress, the more progress you create.
2. Accountability Check
We go over what we talked about last session.
Did you do it?
If yes → great, we build on it
If no → we figure out why (this is where growth happens)
This is how you start building internal accountability, not just relying on motivation.
3. Focus of the Session
This is the main part.
It could be:
- something you bring
- something we’re continuing
- something I introduce based on your goals
This is where we actually work through what’s keeping you stuck.
4. Next Steps
Every session ends with: what you’re doing before we talk again
No vague advice. Clear actions.
My Coaching Style
I’m not a “just talk about your feelings” coach.
I’m also not someone who’s going to aggressively push you without understanding what’s going on.
I’m a mix of both.

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching Packages
Once you know you want to keep going, you can choose what level of support you need:
6 Sessions

12 Sessions

18 Sessions
Best for:
- bigger life changes
- long-term support

Sessions are typically 45 minutes and meant to be used weekly for best results
